All service providers process data solely to deliver their service to us. They have privacy policies confirming they use data only as instructed and do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Contact Form Submissions: Retained to allow us to respond and follow up, then deleted when no longer needed.
  • Technical and Analytics Data: Stored only for the time required to maintain and improve the site, then purged.

In accordance with PIPEDA's retention principle, we do not keep personal information longer than necessary. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
